Read the Rebooting Representation report highlights and subsequent Tech Action Opportunities. To achieve industry-wide inclusion and representation, it’s important that people across the tech landscape understand what’s at stake and how we can collectively work towards meaningful cultural change.

Tell leadership at your company about the Reboot Representation Tech Coalition. If you think your company should make a commitment to collective action that supports Black, Latina, and Native American women, don’t hesitate to get in touch or download our form letter that makes it easy to share more information about Reboot with your coworkers..

 If you are involved in the hiring process for your company, work with Talent Acquisition  and company leadership to insist on a diverse pool of candidates. Explicitly ask those who source talent to include one underrepresented woman of color in the slate of interviewees.
